Days (7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) with every other weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic health care team in Behavioral Health. The RN will provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment while contributing to individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting patient treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with hospital's core principles.
• Utilize crisis management, time management, and effective communication skills.
• Support colleagues while fostering a respectful and empowered team environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license within the State of Massachusetts; BSN preferred.
• One year of psychiatric or substance use inpatient experience required.
• CPR certification and experience with de-escalation and crisis intervention preferred.
