07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 3x12 hour shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse for our NICU department. The ideal candidate must possess NICU experience and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing patient care, coordinating nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to NICU patients.
• Coordinate and manage nursing operations, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Provide nursing support and guidance to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have NICU experience.
• Must have leadership experience in a nursing context.
• Current nursing license and certifications as required.
• Health requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, and other immunizations must be met.
