Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in performing angiography examinations and other interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with line placements, angiograms, kyphoplasty, and percutaneous nephrostomy exams, and be familiar with GE Innova equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing various interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiography, line placements, and kyphoplasty.
• Utilize GE Innova equipment as part of the imaging process.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other staff to ensure efficient workflows.

Schedule

This position is scheduled for 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a desirable focus on a five-day workweek consisting of 8-hour shifts. Call shifts may be required as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RT(ARRT) certification is required.
• Experience with interventional radiology or angiography tech roles.
• Compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and additional certifications may be necessary.
• Successful completion of health screenings, including vaccines and fit tests.
