Registered Nurse - Night Shift - Medical & Surgical Units

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour shifts - Night (1845 to 0715) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours.

Job Description

Seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to float between various medical and surgical units. Candidates must possess a valid Hawaii nursing license by the start of the assignment. Documentation of immunity is required for employment, and medical and religious exemption requests will not be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in orientation and training programs specific to each unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2-10 years of nursing experience.
• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start of the assignment.
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred. Additional certifications (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC) are a plus.
