Night Shift: 3x12 Hour (19:00 - 07:00) & Day Shift: 3x12 Hour (07:00 - 19:00) with rotation.

Job Description

The LPN will provide essential medical care for surgical patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Take own patient assignments with RN support.
• Administer medications via various routes and track patient vitals.
• Provide wound care and assist in procedures such as Foley catheter insertion.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status changes.
• Monitor intake/output and maintain patient safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have an active New York Single State LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience within the last 2 years.
• EPIC charting experience is a must.
