Registered Nurse - Oncology / Hematology

Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team specializing in Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, and General Medicine. The nurse will provide care to adult patients with a variety of diagnoses in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include the administration of chemotherapy, managing intravenous therapies, and providing comprehensive patient education.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
• Assist with procedures and treatments as needed
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical records system (EPIC)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology settings
• Current RN license in New York with NURSYS report verification
• Active AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Chemo Certification required
• Documentation of travel experience
• Skills Checklist matching Med Surg / Oncology specialties
• Driver's license with address matching demographics
