Nights L&D Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM (Nights)

Job Description

The L&D RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during labor and delivery. This role involves monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during the labor and delivery process.
• Monitor and assess the health status of patients and their newborns.
• Administer medications and implement care plans as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Must have experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Completion of mandatory health screenings and immunizations required for onboarding.
