Job Description

Join our team in delivering exceptional patient care as part of a dedicated healthcare workforce. This position requires various health and professional certifications to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients during their stay.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedural guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with community health standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid License/Certificate as required for the position.
• Fit Test completion for respirators.
• Completed Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity I9 documentation.
• Trinity Confidentiality and Security Agreement.
• Trinity Integrity and Audit Services compliance.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
• Other health history requirements as specified.
