Schedule

Night and day shifts are available, working 3x12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule (either 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty, along with current certifications and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-acuity patients in the CVICU.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs and responses.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent CVICU experience.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or compact license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty required for submission.
