Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with potential flexibility for 4-day workweeks.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide 1:1 therapy sessions, focusing on outpatient orthopedic care. This role includes performing patient evaluations and developing treatment plans, as well as extensive documentation time. The position emphasizes quality patient care and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions related to orthopedic issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions in a 1:1 format for 30 minutes each.
• Perform documentation for an hour throughout the day, including notes during lunch and at the end of the day.
• Manage patient caseload of approximately 14 patients per day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Completion of Pennsylvania fingerprinting requirements.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
