Schedule

8-hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions to a diverse patient population. Expect a productivity level of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred
