Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery, with the ability to perform sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision. This role also requires triage experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile vaginal exams and triage obstetrical patients.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and newborn care.
• Administer medications and monitor the health status of mothers and infants.
• Support breastfeeding and provide lactation assistance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery (1.5 years considered with strong references).
• Must possess active RN license and certifications including ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, and NRP.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Ability to work weekends and float between units as necessary.
