Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma level 1 settings and be capable of performing a range of respiratory therapy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of respiratory care for adult patients in critical care settings.
• Administer inhaled medications and manage ventilator settings.
• Conduct procedures such as extubation, tracheostomy care, and pulmonary hygiene.
• Utilize high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, and CPAP therapies.
• Monitor respiratory assessments and troubleshoot any issues with respiratory equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Must have active RRT certification in hand.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is necessary.
• Must possess expertise in trauma level 1 care.
