Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on orthopedic cases and ensuring high standards of patient management.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in Tennessee
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• 3+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting, with a focus on orthopedic patients
