Job Description
The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility specializes in the treatment and recovery of patients with severe injuries or illnesses. You will play a crucial role in providing customized rehabilitation tailored to the unique needs of individuals recovering from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, amputations, and other neurological conditions. Our goal is to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of our patients through comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and recovery strategies.
- Document patient assessments and interventions using electronic health record systems.
Required Experience
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current Montana RN license.
- BLS certification required.
