Job Description

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients 16 years and older who are recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. You will be responsible for maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of our patients through comprehensive rehabilitation programs in a 34-bed acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment for rehabilitation patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EHR system (Pinpoint).
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience

Must have a valid Registered Nurse license and CPR certification (BLS).

Certifications/Licensure

Current BLS certification is required.
