ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Evening Shift) in Burlington, Vermont.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires flexibility to float between Inpatient (Main Campus) and Outpatient (Tilley Dr, Fanny Allen) locations. The schedule includes evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with no block scheduling and a minimum requirement of working 1-2 weekends a month, with adjustments made as needed.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures and ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort. This role requires effective collaboration with the healthcare team to support patient care and unit needs. Additionally, the technologist will utilize the Epic documentation system for accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations in accordance with protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and patient records.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience is beneficial.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT or ARMRIT license is required.
• MR advanced licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Phillips MRI system experience is required.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required.
