ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Evening Shift) in Burlington, Vermont.

Schedule/Shift

This position offers 8-hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with no call requirements. Flexibility is necessary, as there are 1-2 weekends per month required.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI scans in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role requires proficiency in using Philips MRI equipment and the ability to float between the main campus and outpatient locations as needed. Given that the MRI department is at capacity during Christmas and New Year's weeks, time off cannot be accommodated during this period.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure their comfort throughout the procedure.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as necessary.
• Document patient information and scan results effectively.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality imaging.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Previous experience with Philips MRI machines within the past year.
• Experience working in a teaching hospital is required.
• Epic documentation experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT or ARMRIT MRI licensure is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
