ARMStaffing is looking for an Echo Tech, Radiology (Day Shift) in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Monday to Friday with rotational weekends, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. On-call rotation for weekends and holidays is required.

Job Description

The Echo Tech will perform cardiac ultrasound tests, including stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms, in accordance with the standards set by the American Society of Echocardiography and ICAEL. This role requires navigating electronic medical records and preparing patients for procedures while explaining them thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac ultrasound tests in compliance with professional standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of cardiac ultrasound and digital ultrasound equipment.
• Complete daily scheduled tests within designated timeframes.
• Prepare patients and effectively communicate procedural details.
• Navigating electronic medical records with proficiency.

Required Experience

Experience performing cardiac ultrasound tests is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification required.
• Must be registered through either ARDMS or CCI.
