Job Description

The Physical Therapist in this Rapid Response role will provide essential therapy services in various settings. This position supports patient care across diverse environments, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience

• Experience in a rapid response setting preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Active ARRT (R) or RCIS/RCES certification required.
