This position offers a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will join a robust inpatient rehabilitation team at a renowned facility with 32 beds. The unit is staffed with approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses, providing extensive rehabilitation therapy for patients. The ideal candidate will utilize equipment such as H200/L300 and BURT EMR - Meditech to enhance patient outcomes through evaluations and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
• Facilitate patient engagement in ADLs to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Document patient progress and treatment in the BURT EMR - Meditech system.

Required Experience

• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Certifications/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
