ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Night Shift) in Dublin, Georgia.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

This position is on a 18-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6. The unit is equipped with Alaris and Pyxis systems. Documentation is performed using Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative and medical patients.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and utilize AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) during patient interactions.
• Update care boards to reflect patient status and information accurately.
• Assist with patient procedures and perform necessary medical interventions.
• Float to other Med/Surg areas as needed.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is acceptable.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license.
