4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days per week. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will conduct a physical therapy plan of care to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients suffering from disabilities due to disease, injury, dysfunction, or other physical, cognitive, or perceptual limitations. This involves evaluating patients, establishing treatment goals, planning treatments, executing the treatment plan, and documenting evaluations and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Plan and implement treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Attendants according to state laws.
• Assist management in budgeting, department goals, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Mentor volunteers and students in adherence to departmental guidelines.

Required Experience

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a valid license to practice in the state of Ohio. One year of experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
