Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12 PM - 12 AM.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will work in a busy community hospital that operates with two primary scanners, completing approximately 40-60 scans a day. The role involves a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients, including abdomen, chest, pelvis, brain, and vascular studies.
• Administer contrast media and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and imaging outcomes.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced community hospital environment preferred.
• Experience with various CT procedures and patient types.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT R certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (NJDEP Radiologic Technologist), specific to diagnostic radiography.
