X-Ray Tech / CT Tech - Multi-Modality

ARMStaffing is looking for a Radiologic Technologist, X-Ray and CT (Rotating Shift) in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Rotating shifts including 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM and occasional 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will float between X-Ray and CT units, providing services in both areas as required. Emphasis will be placed on flexibility to cover varying shift needs, particularly in CT coverage. Technologists will work directly with patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray and CT imaging procedures as per established protocols.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as C-Arms for various procedures.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for imaging.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document and manage patient information accurately using the facility's charting system.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience with both X-Ray and CT modalities.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
• BLS certification required.
