Day shift, 8 hours per day, expected to work up to 40 hours per week with a guarantee of 36 hours.

Job Description

This outpatient Physical Therapist position involves treating a diverse patient population. The productivity expectation is 60 visits per week, with a typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Certifications/Licensure

Candidate must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
