ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Night Shift) in Cleveland, Ohio.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires rotating shifts: Night Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Travelers must work at least every other holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Candidates may be required to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for similar patient populations. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using designated charting systems.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and derive best practices.

Required Experience

Must have 12 months of permanent experience in the Medical/Surgical specialty.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
