ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Night Shift) in Cleveland, Ohio.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Rotating shifts of 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm, with travelers required to work at least every other holiday. Shifts may be variable to meet the operational needs of the hospital.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with opportunities to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for similar patient populations. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess patient care effectively across the assigned units.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and family education related to health and wellness.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• MUST have a permanent Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required, all must be active at time of submission.
