Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide exceptional patient care in a variety of clinical settings. The LPN is responsible for administering medications, managing patient records, and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
- Provide support for activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience
- Current LPN license in New York.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current Nursys license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
