ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Day Shift) in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position is scheduled for a 12-hour day shift from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, working 3 days a week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, including those with urology, gynecological, orthopedic, medical, surgical, trauma, ENT, and vascular diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and patient assessments.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license verification through Nursys.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
