Shifts will be Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 06:00 to 18:30.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Nursing Administration will promote and restore patients' health by managing patient care, directing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will provide both physical and psychological support to patients and their families, ensuring adherence to nursing operational standards and quality care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the patient care area, including staff development and patient service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with nursing guidelines and state regulations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and maintain financial standards by monitoring expenditures.
• Assist patients in achieving independence through education and support on disease management and self-care skills.
• Develop and implement infection control policies to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain documentation of patient care services and audit records accordingly.
• Facilitate a compassionate environment through emotional and spiritual support for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and resolve needs.

Required Experience

Must have at least 2 years of recent Charge RN experience and ICU Supervisory hospital experience.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current CA RN license, must be attached to the resume.
• ACLS and BLS certifications, must be attached to the submission (must be through the American Heart Association).
