This position requires working Night Shift, with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Description
Join our dedicated team at an acute care Magnet Facility that encompasses a total of 377 staffed beds. The labor and delivery unit focuses on a patient population that includes both neonates and adults, and candidates should be prepared to handle case management for approximately 12 patients daily, utilizing the Epic charting system.
Responsibilities
- Circulate for cesarean sections in the operating room.
- Provide holistic care to expectant mothers and newborns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Experience circulating for cesarean sections.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current California RN license.
- ACLS, BCLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN certifications required.
- LA Fire Card is also required.
