ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Day Shift) in Reading, Pennsylvania.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3 × 12 hour shifts per week, Day Shift (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM).

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex health needs. You will monitor vital signs, interpret telemetric data, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Your experience with EPIC will be beneficial in documenting patient information accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage patient care activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nursing staff to update care plans and manage complex patient cases.
• Document patient information and care provided in EPIC accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience

• More than 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BSN or multi-state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
