Job Description
The facility seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. The role focuses on supporting patients' daily living needs while ensuring their comfort and safety. The LPN will also collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with staff to implement individualized care plans.
Required Experience
Qualified candidates must have experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- IV Certification.
