Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a skilled nursing facility position. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care. This role is essential to providing high-quality nursing services and supporting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in daily living activities and provide personal care to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license.
• BLS Certification.
• IV Certification.
• Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
