Job Description

Enloe Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on providing rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of geriatric and adult patients recovering from various conditions, including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac issues. The facility uses the EPIC electronic health record system to enhance patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care exercises.

Required Experience

• Any relevant experience in inpatient or acute rehabilitation settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapy license in California.
