ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (Night Shift) in Petoskey, Michigan.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Night shifts available with 12-hour shifts starting at either 3 PM or 7 PM. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with 3 AM shifts every other weekend and 7 PM shifts every third weekend.

Job Description

The Emergency Services department at McLaren Northern Michigan offers exceptional care for a wide range of emergency situations. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing immediate care to patients experiencing medical emergencies. Your expertise will be essential to handling both minor and critically severe health issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Assess patient conditions and provide rapid interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the medical records system.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving treatment as necessary.

Required Experience

2 years of experience in the Emergency Room is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Michigan RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• TNCC certification.
• BLS certification (AHA).
