This position requires working the Night Shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with a commitment of 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Post Partum/Mom Baby unit is responsible for the care of labor and delivery patients, as well as postpartum couplet care. The unit is equipped with 10 LDR beds, 2 ORs, and 2 triage areas. Nursing staff are supported by HillRom and GE equipment, with an EMR system of Expanse and monitoring in CPN.

Responsibilities

• Care for labor and delivery patients.
• Provide postpartum couplet care.
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections.
• Document care in the Expanse system.

Required Experience

• Experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Able to circulate in OR for cesarean section.

Certifications/Licensure

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
• FM (Fetal Monitoring)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
