7 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend, no call.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Postpartum unit. Ideal candidates will have experience in mother-baby care, providing support to postpartum moms and assisting with GYN surgeries. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to new mothers and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
• Assist in the recovery of patients who have undergone GYN surgeries.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient interactions and progress in the EMR system (Meditech and CPN).

Required Experience

• Mother-baby nursing experience is a must.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Current NRP certification.
