ARMStaffing is looking for a Mammography Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Acworth, Georgia.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).

Job Description

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic mammography procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires the ability to accurately position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures according to protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ARRT certification in Mammography is required.
