Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, developing patient care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
