ARMStaffing is looking for an OR Tech, CVOR (Day Shift) in Charleston, West Virginia.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Schedule: 3x12 Days, 7 AM - 7 PM, with occasional weeknight call from 7 PM - 7 AM and on-call for one weekend per month.

Job Description

This position is based in a short-term acute care facility with a 14-room operating room. The average daily census is around 25 cases. As an OR Tech, you will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating during various cardiac and general surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate during CVOR procedures, including but not limited to Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, and Coronary Artery Bypass Graft.
• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning.
• Document equipment and procedures according to facility standards.
• Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a CVOR setting.
• Experience in general and laparoscopic surgery preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current OR Tech license (WV/Compact accepted).
• NBSTSA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
