Job Description

The Medical Technologist in the Clinical Laboratory will be responsible for specimen testing and analysis in a clinical lab setting. The role requires expertise in blood bank procedures, chemistry, and limited microbiology services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of various specimens.
• Ensure quality control and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean lab environment.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong background in blood bank, chemistry, and limited microbiology.

Certifications/Licensure

• Must possess one of the following certifications: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
