Varied schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with 10-hour shifts.
Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after surgery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and providing support.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond accordingly.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room specialty.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
