ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Night Shift) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Night Shift: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week.

Job Description

This position is on a dedicated education unit, with travel nurses providing direct care to a 30-bed unit of mixed Medical-Surgical patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5-6:1.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Level 1 trauma center or mid-large hospital environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
