ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Day Shift) in Edmonds, Washington.

Schedule: 4x10 Days, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room will work within a community hospital setting providing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The position involves circulating and scrubbing for a range of cases including ENT, General Surgery, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, and Plastic surgeries. Proficiency in the Epic charting system is essential due to its integration in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in the operating room for various types of surgeries.
• Manage patient safety and care pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective surgical processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the Epic system.
• Participate in on-call rotations and cover weekend shifts as required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical setting.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS and BLSS certifications are required.
• Must have an active compact nursing license at the time of submission.
