Shift: Sunday 18:00 - 06:30, Monday 17:00 - 06:30, Tuesday 17:00 - 06:30.

Job Description

This role is for a CT/Xray Tech at a small 25-bed rural facility. The technician is expected to work independently and utilize equipment including GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba systems to perform imaging procedures. Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with proficiency.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary.
• Start peripheral IVs and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Utilize PACS for image management and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Work effectively with patients of all age groups, from neonates to older adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT/Xray Tech.
• Experience working in a rural or small facility setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• SCRQSA certification required.
• Must have a valid license to practice in South Carolina at the time of submission.
