Schedule / Shift

4x10 hour shifts from Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Holiday rotation expected.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Scan Technologist to join our team at a leading teaching hospital. In this role, you will perform high-quality CT scans and collaborate with various departments to provide exceptional patient care in a Level 1 Trauma setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for a variety of patient conditions, including routine studies and trauma cases.
• Administer contrast media preparation and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to facilitate patient care and imaging needs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Handle patient documentation accurately, utilizing the Epic charting system.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of CT scanning experience, with at least 6 months in a Level 1 trauma environment.
• Experience with Siemens imaging equipment is preferred.
• Ability to start peripheral IVs as needed.

Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certified in Radiography and CT.
• BLS certification required.
• Current South Carolina license or proof of a pending license application required.
