Job Description

The Clinical Nurse at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is responsible for delivering a variety of nursing care procedures tailored to individual patient needs and conditions. The role involves working independently and in accordance with physician orders, nursing policies, and procedures to provide high-quality health care to a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Support patients with their specific medical needs and coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to established care standards and protocols in all nursing activities.

Required Experience

Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current, valid, full, and unrestricted Nursing License to practice in any U.S. state or territory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification within six months of hire.
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
