Working 40 hours per week, 4x10-hour days, may include a regular Saturday.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with various diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans to enhance their strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and overall function. In this role, you will also be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (or compact for Colorado).
• At least two years of experience in physical therapy; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Colorado PT licensure required.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination is required from October 1st through April 1st (no declinations accepted).
